ibis Warszawa Ostrobramska
"Two persons at the front desk were not helpful at all. An elder person that I always saw working at nights always had this grudge on his fac. One day I approached him to ask a question and heused vey rude gestures to tell me to wait, to the point that I had to tell him to relax. We asked them to light up a corner of the restaurant because we needed to film a short piece of around 30 minutes and another member of the staff, a young one, told us "just 15 minutes, by the clock", also in a very drastic way. We were about to get into an strong argument with them, me and amy colleagues, but we decided to avoid conflict because it was our last night. The lights in the room are very poor, specially the bathroom. There is no even coffee or tea bags to make coffee on our own, something we have seen in other Ibis in Poland. The staff at the restaurant and cafeteria wwere very nice and very friendly"
